1. Purpose and Scope

This Artificial Intelligence Usage Policy ("Policy") is provided by Mt. Zion Mercantile ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") to inform customers, visitors, and users of our website (the "Site") about the manner in which artificial intelligence ("AI") technologies are utilized in connection with our operations, including website design, marketing communications, and the production and fulfillment of physical products through third-party service providers.

This Policy is intended for informational purposes and does not constitute a legally binding contract between the Company and any individual. This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Company's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2. Use of AI in Website Design and Development

The Company may utilize AI-assisted software tools in the design, development, and maintenance of the Site, including but not limited to tools used for layout optimization, image processing, and content formatting. All AI-assisted design elements are subject to review and approval by Company personnel prior to publication. The use of such tools does not alter the Company's responsibility for the accuracy or presentation of content on the Site.

3. Use of AI in Marketing and Promotional Materials

The Company may employ AI-assisted tools in the creation of marketing and promotional materials, including product descriptions, advertisements, social media content, and email communications. All such materials are reviewed by Company personnel prior to distribution to ensure accuracy and consistency with the Company's products and representations. The use of AI in this context does not diminish the Company's obligations regarding truthful and non-misleading advertising under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Use of AI by Third-Party Fulfillment Partners

The Company engages independent third-party providers, including but not limited to Printify and Zendrop (each a "Fulfillment Partner"), for the production, printing, and shipment of physical products offered for sale on the Site. Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Fulfillment Partners operate independently of the Company and may utilize AI-based technologies within their respective platforms for purposes including, without limitation, product mockup generation, print file preparation, quality assurance, inventory management, and logistics coordination;

• Product imagery displayed on the Site, including mockups or renderings of physical products, may be generated or assisted by AI tools operated by Fulfillment Partners;

• The Company exercises reasonable care in selecting Fulfillment Partners but does not control, and disclaims liability for, the specific AI technologies, methods, or processes employed by such third parties in the fulfillment of orders;

• Any questions regarding the specific AI practices of a Fulfillment Partner may be directed to that provider directly, in addition to the Company.

5. No Warranty Regarding AI-Assisted Content

While the Company undertakes reasonable efforts to review AI-assisted content and materials for accuracy prior to publication, the Company makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that such content is free from error. Customers are encouraged to contact the Company directly with any questions regarding product specifications prior to purchase.

6. Human Oversight and Customer Service

Notwithstanding the use of AI tools described herein, all customer service inquiries, order support, and communications with customers are handled by Company personnel. The Company retains ultimate editorial and operational control over content published on the Site.

7. Updates to This Policy

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at its sole discretion as its practices or applicable legal requirements evolve. Any material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Site following any such changes constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Policy.
