Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Effective Date: 9/6/2026 Last Reviewed: 9/6/2026

1. General Statement

Mt. Zion Mercantile ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to the quality and satisfaction of every product sold through our website (the "Site"). This Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy ("Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions under which customers ("you" or "the Customer") may request a replacement or refund for products purchased from the Company. By placing an order through the Site, the Customer agrees to the terms of this Policy.

2. Nature of Products and General Return Limitations

Many products offered by the Company are manufactured on a made-to-order basis or fulfilled directly by third-party production and shipping partners. Due to the custom and on-demand nature of these products, the Company does not accept traditional returns for reasons of customer preference. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company provides replacements or refunds for qualifying issues as set forth in Section 3 below.

3. Qualifying Issues Eligible for Replacement or Refund

The Customer is eligible for a free replacement or a full refund, at the Company's discretion, if the item purchased:

  • Arrives damaged or defective;

  • Is materially incorrect (including incorrect item, size, or design as compared to the Customer's order); or

  • Fails to arrive due to loss in transit.

4. Exclusions

To maintain fair pricing and efficient production timelines, the following circumstances are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or exchange:

  • Customer error in selecting size, color, or product variant at the time of order;

  • Change of mind or cancellation of preference following order placement (except as provided in Section 8); or

  • Minor and immaterial variations in color or print placement that result from standard manufacturing tolerances.

The Company strongly recommends that Customers review all sizing charts and product specifications prior to completing a purchase, as such review is the Customer's sole responsibility.

5. Notice Period

The Customer must report any qualifying issue under Section 3 within thirty (30) calendar days of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund, except as required by applicable law.

To facilitate prompt review, the Customer's claim should include:

  • The applicable order number; and

  • Photographic or video evidence clearly depicting the issue.

6. Made-to-Order (Print-on-Demand) Products

Certain products sold by the Company are manufactured specifically for the Customer upon order ("Made-to-Order Products"). With respect to Made-to-Order Products:

  • Such items are not eligible for return or exchange based on Customer preference;

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or printing error, the Company will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at its discretion; and

  • The Customer is not required to return the original item to the Company or its fulfillment partners unless otherwise specifically requested.

7. Products Fulfilled by Third-Party Suppliers

Certain products are shipped directly to the Customer by the Company's third-party fulfillment partners. With respect to such products:

  • The Company will provide a replacement or refund for items that are damaged, materially incorrect, or lost in transit, consistent with Section 3; and

  • Return of the original item is generally not required as a condition of replacement or refund.

8. Order Modification and Cancellation

Orders may be modified or canceled by the Customer within twelve (12) hours of the original purchase time. After the expiration of this twelve (12)-hour period, the Company cannot guarantee that modification or cancellation will be possible, as the order may have already entered production or shipment.

9. Refund Processing

Upon approval of a refund request, the Company will process the refund within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the Customer's original method of payment. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by the Customer's financial institution or payment provider.

10. Limitation of Remedies

The remedies described in this Policy (replacement or refund) constitute the Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for the qualifying issues described herein, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to the Customer under applicable consumer protection law.
